It's important to me to fully understand your business and what you're trying to achieve. I will start with an interview to understand the business needs and come up with a plan for larger projects. I keep track of time spent on specific tasks and document any changes to the systems or workflows.

My team and I have experience working with nearly every major content management system and marketing tool. Our area of expertise is enteprise software, so if you use Adobe, Sitecore, Marketo, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or other major brand - we've got you covered! In case of niche products or services - we will be likely able to handle them, but we will need some time to get acquainted with them.

Of course! I am happy to manage Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and any other social media platform you wish to maintain. This includes both posting relevant and interesting content, and replying to questions and comments from your audience.

Depending on the scope and timeline of your content needs, we can work on a retainer basis, an hour bank, or a per-project basis. Once I understand your needs I will create a tailored proposal with several options to choose from.

No product or service is too technical to learn and understand. Part of our initial onboarding is an in-depth understanding of your offerings, your target audience and your level of technical writing needed. If required, I will involve a team of software engineers who can assist with deeply technical tasks.

The onboarding process typically lasts 1-2 days and consists of an intro call, and some back and forth communication for technical purposes. Depending on the projects size and current workload, there might be additional time needed to get started. After that, we can go as fast as you need.

You can choose to provide the design yourself, or I can include a design element to your proposal. I work with several wonderful designers with ample experience in web, digital, campaign and marketing design.
